Life is Full of Problems

Life is Full of Problems

Life is full of problems, there is no need to pretend one does not has any problem. Most of those stresses and failures are reliving old hurts or worrying about future concerns.

Gail Blanke runs a executive coaching firm. She helps executives see problems with new eyes. Her mother once called her to share the tragic news that her older brother, Jay, a pilot, had perished in an accident. She still remembered her mother told her that day : "Gail, we will never lose him." Today, she uses defining moments in her work.

A colleague once said this : You are lucky that there are a lot of problems within the organisation. If there is no problem, the organisation will not need you. A lot also depend how you look at problems. Life is full of problems, who does not has ?

DOWSING INSTRUMENT

DOWSING INSTRUMENT
If you look up in a dictionary for the word 'dowser', it says it is a noun which means a person who does searching for underground water or metals by a Y-shaped stick or rod.
INTRODUCTION
What I am sharing here is another type of dowsing instrument, commonly used by dowser, I bought in Singapore. So far, I have bought two different types of dowsing instrument. One is made of copper and the other is made of quartz crystal. Below are the pictures of my dowsing instrument.

The top picture is my copper pendulum. One on the dowsing instrument is called a pendulum because it can swings. A pendulum can does 3 types of movement, ie clockwise turning, anti-clockwise turning and left/right or forward/backward movement.
HOW TO USE A PENDULUM ?
Pendulum is easy to use and training is not required. How you use it is simply hold it with your master hand and let it freely suspended, above an object as shown in the above pictures. What I will do is to 'tell' the pendulum : Check the energy level of this object. You need not say out loud but just say it in your mind. Within seconds you will see the movement. You can check on almost any objects. For example, water, handphone, food, object which are blessed, etc. Anything with +ve energy, the pendulum will turn clockwise. Anything with -ve energy, it will turn anti-clockwise. If the energy level is neutral, it will move left and right or forward and backward. If you check handphone, it will be anti-clockwise because of the radiation. Mechanical watch will show clockwise and digital watch will show anti-clockwise rotation. Interestingly, when I check the drinking water taken from a tap, it showed -ve energy. After I pour it in the above glass with printed sutra on it, the water showed +ve energy.

Who are you going to be ?

Who are you going to Be?

Are you living your life according to what others think it should be?

Everyone wants an exciting life, but most people are afraid to take the bull by the horns.
So they take an easy option for an exciting life.

They live their excitement through other people.
By aligning themselves with famous rebels, a little bit of glamour rubs off on them.
They imagine they're like John Lennon, Ernest Hemingway, George Best, Liam Gallagher, Lenny Bruce, Janis Joplin, Demien Hirst, Andy Warhol, etc...
The difference being, these people when faced with a decision took the outrageous one, not knowing where it might lead them, but knowing that the safe decision had danger written all over it.

SINGAPORE

SINGAPORE
Where the world comes together
I was born in Singapore around 40 years ago. Situated at one of the most important crossroads of the world, Singapore is truely a place where East and West come together.
Here you'll find Chinese, Indian and Malay communities living harmoniously together, their long established cultures forming a unique backdrop to a clean and modern garden city.
English is spoken everywhere and is the common business language of all.
There is a wide variety of beautifully appointed yet reasonably priced hotels offering impeccable standards of Asian service and hospitality.

LOVE AND LIFE

LOVE & LIFE
This story tells us something about..... LOVE & LIFE.

My husband is an engineer by profession. I love him for his steady nature and I love the warm feeling when I lean against his broad shoulders.

Two years of courtship and now, five years into marriage, I would have to admit, that I am getting tired of it. The reasons of me loving him before, has now transformed into the cause of all my restlessness.

I am a sentimental woman and extremely sensitive when it comes to a relationship and my feelings. I yearn for the romantic moments, like a little girl yearning for candy.

My husband is my complete opposite; his lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into our marriage has disheartened me about LOVE.

One day, I finally decided to tell him my decision, that I wanted a divorce. "Why?" he asked, shocked. "I am tired. There are no reasons for everything in the world!" I answered. He kept silent the whole night, seemingly in deep thought.

My feeling of disappointment only increased. Here was a man who was not able to even express his predicament, so what else could I expect from him? And finally he asked me: "What can I do to change your mind?"

Somebody said it right... It's hard to change a person's personality, and I guess, I have started losing faith in him. Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered: "Here is the question.... If you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind." Let's say; I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death. Will you do it for me?"

He said: "I will give you your answer tomorrow.... " My hopes just sank by listening to his response. I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper with his scratchy handwriting underneath a milk glass, on the dining table near the front door, that goes.... My dear, "I would not pick that flower for you, but .... please allow me to explain the reasons further..... " This first line was already breaking my heart.

I continued reading. "When you use the computer you always mess up the Software programs, and you cry in front of the screen. I have to save my fingers so that I can help to restore the programs.

You always leave the house keys behind, thus I have to save my legs to rush home to open the door for you.

You love travelling but always lose your way in a new city. I have to save my eyes to show you the way.

You always have the cramps whenever your "good friend" approaches every month. I have to save my palms so that I can calm the cramps in your tummy.

You like to stay indoors, and I worry that you will be infected by infantile autism. I have to save my mouth to tell you jokes and stories to cure your boredom.

You always stare at the computer, and that will do nothing good for your eyes. I have to save my eyes so that when we grow old, I can help to clip your nails and help to remove those annoying white hairs. So I can also hold your hand while strolling down the beach, as you enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sand...and tell you the colour of flowers, just like the colour of the glow on your young face...

Thus, my dear, unless I am sure that there is someone who loves you more than I do... I could not pick that flower yet, and die ... "

My tears fell on the letter, and blurred the ink of his handwriting ... and as I continue reading... "Now, that you have finished reading my answer, and if you are satisfied, please open the front door for I am standing outside bringing your favourite bread and fresh milk..."

I rushed to pull open the door, and saw his anxious face, clutching tightly with his hands, the milk bottle and loaf of bread.... Now I am very sure that no one will ever love me as much as he does, and I have decided to leave the flower alone...

That's LIFE, and LOVE. When one is surrounded by love, the feeling of excitement fades away, and one tends to ignore the true love that lies in between the peace and dullness.

Love shows up in all forms; even in very small and cheeky forms. It has never been a model. It could be the dullest and most boring form ...

Flowers, and romantic moments are only used and appear on the surface of the relationship. Under all this, the pillar of true love stands ... AND THAT'S LIFE

The happiest people in the world... are not those who have no problems, but those who learn to live with things that are less than perfect.

LOVE is not just between two lovers, husband and wife--it also encompasses mother, father and siblings, sisters and brothers, friends and neighbours!

Until I think of you again with the next warm life touching story... It is better to lose your pride to the one you love, than to lose the one you love because of pride.

Long Lasting Rechargeable Battery

Long Lasting Rechargeable Battery

Have you ever used rechargeable batteries ? How long does your rechargeable batteries last ? If you do not use it, do you find that they discharge the battery power by itself ?

Here is one type of rechargeable battery that can last very long and will not discharge by itself unless you use it.
We went for a 8 days package tour last year in December. My sister-in-law lend us her new digital camera to bring to China. Over the 8 days in China, we took photos nearly everyday and we need not change or recharge the batteries for the camera. It is amazing. Another good thing about this battery is it not too expensive. I bought 2 pieces and they only cost about S$20.

Look out for the SANYO brand eneloop model HR-3UTG1.2V Typ.2,000mAh Min.1,900mAh. It is made in Japan.
Try it and you will know.
